Dear Mr Sherwell,

Thank you for your email. I would just like to comment on one part of your response.

Indeed we would argue that there are individuals who have been convicted and they have made false allegations against the victims and along with others construed a miscarriage of justice where none existed in Law. They and their family continue to be in denial of the abuse which they committed.

Indeed there was intimidation of witnesses after the trial of John Porteous by individuals connected to the convicted and who gave evidence in support of Mr Porteous which had to be reported to the police by a number of individuals involved in this court case.

It is my intention to lay these facts and other evidence concerning this case before the public. These are not false allegations either!
